Offering a large private deck and a convenient one-level layout, this updated coastal getaway features a living room (with new couch and chair in 2019), dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning,washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, wood burning fireplace, Wifi.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We had a pleasant week-long stay as a family of 4. Love the large deck and views of the lake from living room, dining room, and master bedroom. While the bathrooms have been updated, some of the work looked a little sloppy - messy caulking and a shower head pulling away from the wall. But everything worked. Plenty of plates, pots & pans, etc and lots of blankets which we loved. Beds were on the softer side (less supportive) and master bath could use some storage or counterspace (vanity might work better than pedestal sink).

For the most part our week was beautiful and relaxing.
We love the community and the conveniences.
This is our third rental. We have not yet found a rental we would want to go back to. The inside of this rental was dated. The bathrooms were too small and little counter room.
The standards are different for the outside appearance and the inside conditions.
It would be nice if Vacasa could rate the property.
I would be willing to spend a little more knowing that the inside of the rental is just as beautiful as the outside.
