The Villa is HUGE (4200 square feet). Hilltop setting with tranquil views. Our private half acre easily marries contemporary indoor outdoor dining, lounging and pool with pastoral terrain above and below Villa.
Four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and French doors leading onto courtyards. Two bedrooms are on the main floor. They are romantic with Italian Saltillo tile floors which keep the suites cool. Original art, plush towels and luxury linens add to the luxury experience. Entertaining space in Billiard Room, Great Room, Outdoors in both front fountain courtyard and pool/lounge backyard.
NEW 4th bedroom with queen Murphy Bed and office is upstairs. No attached bath. 4th bedroom included in reservation.
The master suite is upstairs with a fireplace, impressive view balcony and Carrera marble spa bathroom. Italian linens and seasonal silk filled comforters. Smart TV too!
This Villa has a large media room with billiards and Samsung 65” QLED Smart TV with Disney, Prime and Netflix included. New queen sofa bed.
Dramatic Great Room with 20' ceilings with contemporary furnishing, piano and art with indoor outdoor living. Beautiful hickory floors and comfortable lounge furniture.
Master and game room have dedicated A/C. Natural light pours in via skylights throughout.
Villa has lots of stairs. No elevator. Parking pad on main entry level. Pet stay must be pre-approved. Guest agrees to “Pet Guidelines” and pet fee.
Our Estate pool and attached spa are HEATED. The lap pool is 4.5 feet deep. The sparkling spa heats up for relaxing under 30 minutes. Perfect location is close to shopping, restaurants, trails. 3.3 miles to beach. Encinitas Permit RNTL-039417-2026

The property was beautiful, clean and quite charming, from the indoor decor to the lush outdoor landscaping. The weather was perfect for a dip in the pool which we quite enjoyed as well as playing pool in the game room. Everything you need is just within a mile, yet you felt like you were in a far away land.

really nice house, lots of room and the pool/hot tub are clean and very pretty!! tucked into a cute neighborhood that is close to some markets and restaurants. house is lovely. we would stay here again!

Fantastic views in a beautiful home. Centrally located to beach, shopping and anything else you may need.
We couldn’t have been happier. Our hosts were wonderful. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We were sad to leave.
