We had a group of 7 family members visiting the area for a wedding. This house was perfect in many ways, including room layout, friendly kitchen area, outdoor patio for morning coffee and access to a beautiful cranberry bog trail and the nearby shore. We loved the ping pong table - big hit with the kids. I downgraded the Vacasa recommendation as I tend to not like websites like Vacasa because they pile on such big charges for themselves - we use a site for our rental that charges far less.

Plenty of space in this house. We're only a family of 4, but could tell that it would easily accomodate 6 with plenty of space in the common rooms. The backyard and deck were large with plenty of foliage to make it private. Appliances, WiFi, and mechanicals (A/C, electric, water heater) all worked great.
