We have 5 bedrooms with a first floor Master Bedroom with a king size bed and private bath with tub and shower and walk in closet - on the second floor we have a Queen size bedroom with private en suite bathroom with shower, another Queen size bedroom and bonus room with 4 twin beds - with a full bathroom off the shared second floor hallway - there is central air for all of the first and second floor bedrooms - a newly renovated basement with another complete floor of living space perfect for large or extended families including couches, TV, sitting area, farm table, pool table, full bathroom and bedroom complete with a double bed and twin bed - with walk out sliding doors to a side brick patio with fire pit and seating. A total of 12 guests can sleep comfortably in beds - Two bedrooms also have a ceiling fan along with the central air. A brand new, stainless, gourmet, well-equipped, bright, sunny kitchen complete with new appliances, white quartz counters, island and breakfast bar that seats 6 along with a gorgeous farm table that seats 10. A comfortable family room with a TV and tranquil living room give ample space for everyone in the party to find their own space to relax. A total of 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 guest bath on the first floor as well as an outdoor shower. Wifi (Wifi available during high summer season usually April to November ) and cable are included. A deck off the kitchen sliders with adirondack chairs, picnic table and a gas grill complete the space. A brick patio is off the side of house. A laundry room is also on the first floor and 2 car garage to store your bikes. An outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach and a brick patio area with fire pit for your s'mores. Falmouth's famous Old Silver Beach is only 2 miles away and is the top rated beach in all of Falmouth. This town has over 10 public beaches and can be accessed with a parking pass bought with lease (only needed for high summer season until Labor Day) through the town of Falmouth. Families typically play at the beach, bike, golf, sail, enjoy Falmouth's Main Street activities by exploring unique shops and trying the delicious restaurants. The Shining Sea Bike Path is gorgeous as an 11 mile trip one-way ride to scenic Woods Hole. Day trips to beautiful Martha's Vineyard Island are available on the Island Queen Ferry and Steamship Authority, both located in Falmouth. A visit to charming Woods Hole and aquarium, a part of Falmouth is a must. Mashpee Commons is close by with fabulous shopping and great restaurants. Attractions nearby include wine tastings and a brewery in Mashpee as well as Pompaneset Village in Mashpee. Cape Cod offers many great towns for some spectacular day trips!
