Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level design features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with Corian counters), full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs (new 65-inch TV in the living room -2019), DVD, 2 assigned spaces, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. This building does not feature an elevator.
Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at sea colony in Brandywine 2FB. The place was in a great location with a beautiful view. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was a perfect week at Bethany!The only two things that really stood out as problematic was that there was no apparent elevator to get to this unit on the 2nd floor, so we had to lug everything from our bin up and down a flight upon arrival and departure. This was not communicated in advance. Similarly, when we went down to the beach each day, we had to pick up our beach pulley/trolley up and down two flights of stairs to access the beach. There was also a loud noise coming from the HVAC unit that sounded many times each night in the Master bedroom. Even so, 5stars.

This is our second time staying at 2FB and we love it! It’s so clean, the beds and sofas are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. And best of all, the view is phenomenal! We had the best week and can’t wait to come back!

We have been staying at Sea Colony for over 7 years and this unit was by far our favorite - I hope to book it again for next year as soon as we lock in a date! It was so clean, the decor was lovely, the beds comfy, nice and cold AC, the kitchen was well equipped and the view can’t be beat! We traveled with our two children (ages 6&3) and they loved it so much too!!
