This rental is also complete with new furnishings, new flooring, updated bathrooms, and new bedding -- all for your convenience and comfort! No need to hop in the car, you’ll find plenty of family-friendly fun and entertainment right at your fingertips. Delight in twelve shimmering pools (two indoor), top-tier tennis, a sauna, fitness centers, activities for all ages, as well as an in-season community shuttle. Not to mention, a half mile of pristine private beach access awaits your enjoyment. Inside, kick back in the stylish, sun-soaked living areas featuring elegant furnishings, natural wooden accents, vaulted ceilings, and worldly decor. An incredible L-shaped balcony invites you to sip coffee or sunset cocktails while watching the waves below. The full kitchen is certain to make any home chef smile with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for crafting delicious meals and snacks. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests are welcome to use the storage shed located in the carport to stow beach gear. Elevator access available. All TVs are streaming and cable enabled. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Please respect the no dog policy. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
