About this house rental

Summary:

A coastal village escape where kayaking, beachcombing, and stargazing fill your days. Soak in the hot tub under a canopy of stars and redwoods. Step outside to a sun-drenched deck overlooking the meadow. Room for 6 in this 2-bedroom home. Walk to local restaurants, river access, and Gualala Point Regional Park. Small-town pace, big coastal beauty -- that's Gualala. Nature does the decorating here -- redwoods, ferns, and the occasional curious fox.

The Space:

Welcome to this slice of paradise nestled into a grove of redwood trees along the Northern California coast. This newly constructed home features picturesque panoramic views overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds, two decks, and an expansive entertaining patio that provides a private and tranquil place to unwind - both day and night. The white sands of the beach are minutes away, along with coastal hikes and rentals for paddleboarding, kayaking, deep-sea fishing, surfing, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. A public, links-style golf course offers a challenge in neighboring Sea Ranch.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior filled with natural light and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Carry on a great conversation on the plush furniture in the living area, while the chef of the group prepares culinary delights in the airy kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and open shelving. The eating areas include a floating island breakfast bar and a formal dining area, as well as an outdoor patio with a large table for alfresco dining. Three beds ensure that everyone will get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities, with the main bedroom boasting a dedicated workspace, a TV, back patio access, an oversized walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The large outdoor space also includes a basketball hoop, a roomy hot tub for soaking in a California sunset, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture for stargazing.

The home was better than expected if that’s possible. The pictures are amazing but the space is even better. All of the touches are welcoming and the home has all you need. The beach is so close (driving) if you even leave. Thank you for a great stay we will be back!!!
