THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This home was perfect! The space was huge, updated, and comfortable. It’s close to a tram stop. The screen in porch was wonderful and made the place feel even bigger. The beds were comfortable. Lots of natural light. We had a great stay and would definitely come back to this property!

We had a great experience here! We had visited Sea Colony before so we were familiar with its services and the surrounding area. This home was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. We were close to pools, walking/biking trails, and a few tram stops. We’d stay here again!

We loved staying at Sea Colony. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything needed to enjoy our getaway. The location was perfect for walking and biking to the beach.

We had an amazing week at Sea Colony. The condo was fantastic. The beds and couches were super comfy. Everything was very clean. Fireplace and screened in porch were also great. It was nice and quiet but also close to a shuttle stop. We would definitely stay here again.
