We love this home. First floor easy accessibility, hard wood floors easy for clean up , clean, beautiful and simple . We love sea colony and this was by far our favorite home we stayed in .

We had a few ants in the place when we arrived but our owner had some spray that got rid of them pretty quickly. We had a good visit and out host was excellent and very attentive. We would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sea Colony West. The unit was perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean and had all of the amenities that we could want.The proximity of the unit to the Tennis Center and Tram stop made the experience even more outstanding.We really enjoyed the screened in porch.We hope to return again!

We’ve been staying at Sea Colony for the past 7 years and Bob’s place was one of our favorites. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 including young children. We had a minor ant issue in the kitchen but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. We just made sure to keep the kitchen clean and food properly stored. We hope to stay at this property again in the near future!
