We rented Bob's place for a week-long beach vacation at Bethany. It is located in the Sea Colony community, which has great amenities including many pools, playgrounds, walking/biking trails and a free tram that will take you to the beach. The place was tucked away in a quiet corner of the community and we enjoyed listening to nature sounds while sitting outside on the spacious wrap-around patio. The place has plenty of space and all the needed amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and even some board games. Would definitely recommend!

My 2 kids (10 & 12) had a great stay. Close to the tram stop, pool and activities. Played tennis or pickleball in the mornings, biked each day to the beach, and enjoyed meals and games in the condo. Thanks for a great vacation.

The condo was spotless when we checked in and had everything we needed for our beach week. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Bob was a great communicator and the whole experience was flawless. Will definitely be back.
