Featuring a large wrap around screened porch, this resort retreat's main level is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. The loft offers a full bathroom of its own! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs, 3 DVDs, gas fireplace, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedrooms, den and loft. Main living/dining area is wood flooring.

We have been staying at Sea Colony for several years and Pinewood is by far our favorite location. It is right next to the newly updated Aquatic Center, playground, and the tram stop…perfect for anyone with kiddos in tow. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The screened in porch was perfect with very clean furniture and a great ceiling fan for warm nights. The upstairs loft/bedroom area was great with a private bathroom. The only downfall was that this condo didn’t have a bed in the 4th bedroom…only a pullout couch. This set up didn’t work the best for our family, so I wish we could have had that extra queen bed. If that ever changed we would absolutely stay here again. Vacasa is also wonderful to work with.

This house has everything you could want! We had a wonderful week here- perfect location for biking around the community. We have - 12 ,9, and 5 year old and they had enough space to spread out. The house was impeccably clean. My only negative feedback would be the blinds in the bedrooms did not keep out sunlight- so the kids woke up earlier than we would have liked on vacation.

We have been coming to Sea Colony for many years and this was my favorite place we stayed at. It was clean and very spacious. We loved being so close to the newly renovated Aquatic Center. My grandchildren enjoyed the splash pad and pool. We had a great vacation!
