About this chalet rental
Chalet for 10 people comfort and 14 people maximum.
It is located in the resort of La Joue du Loup, a 6-minute walk from the ski lifts. Easy access, breathtaking views of the mountains, close to all amenities (spa, sherpa, restaurants, shops...)
It consists of:
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
First floor, entrance with ski room, laundry room.
On floor 1: Living room, dining room, open plan kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 double bed, equipped with an office, bathroom and a dressing room. As well as a terrace with a jacuzzi.
On floor 2: CH2 DOUBLE BED with wardrobe.
CH3 Double bed and two small chests of drawers.
CH4 Double bed, pull-out bed
CH5 4-seater bunk bed, sofa, enclosed bathroom with a
screen.
Hallway: 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
Other notes:
The chalet is equipped with central heating with hot water production by the latest generation heat pump. Underfloor heating on the first floor and floor 1, radiators in each bedroom on floor 2.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with distribution of water, crushed ice and ice cubes.
a 4-burner induction hob and built-in hood, a wine cellar, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher.
In the living room a 165 cm TV screen connected.
A deposit of 4000 euros will be required on the day of arrival as well as a certificate of holiday insurance.
