8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
House was a great location, very clean, had everything we needed, but like their description said, mosquitoes were no joke. We tried everything in our power to fight them but unfortunately couldn’t win. We couldn’t even use the hot tub they were that bad. Fur babies couldn’t potty without be ing attacked. If you don’t need to use the yard for anything, the house was a great location and absolutely worth it. Easy access to the beach, a short 2-3 min walk and you were at the beach! Quiet location. You could walk to the restaurant that was right there on the beach, literally 1 street over. Had a great breeze off the gulf, it was great to sit out on the porch upstairs! We would stay again, just maybe later in the season when the mosquitos are not as bad!

This was a nice beach home. It has been recently updated with modern touches. It’s clean and comfortable. The boardwalk to the beach is at the end of the street. There is also a hot tub and outdoor tv to watch while you are soaking. (We didn’t get to use it this trip.) Check-in was easy and the owners were responsive to questions. We would return to this rental.

Extremely clean, very well maintained inside and out. Definitely the nicest house in the neighborhood.
