About this house rental
Welcome to Les Lutins, a neo-Breton house located on the Cabellou peninsula, one of the most popular areas of Concarneau. The elves are located in a property secured by an electric gate, which has 7 villas. The house has its own 1000m2 plot. At the back of the property, only about thirty steps away, a small discreet gate offers direct access to the Cabellou beach. You can get there in beach clothes, without a road to cross.
The accommodation
Here, between the menhirs and the sea, we like to imagine that a few elves are still watching over the house... and the travellers who stay there.
This house offers a peaceful and enchanting setting. It opens onto an entrance hall that leads to the rooms on the first floor.
On the right, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar table and four stools. On the left, a bright living room, with a lounge area, including a coffee table, a sofa and two armchairs, as well as a television and a wi-fi box. On the other part, the dining area with a table of chairs, a bench, a sideboard, two bay windows giving access to a large corner terrace.
On the first floor, you have a first bedroom with a Queen size bed (160 cm), a toilet and a washbasin.
A staircase leads from the living room to access the other three bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and a toilet. At the end of the hallway, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an adjoining sink. The next room has a single bed and the last one is made up of two single beds.
The large garden is equipped with all the equipment you need for your relaxation, as well as the immediate proximity of the seaside by a private path just a few steps from the garden.
To sum up, Les Lutins offers you an ideal place for a family holiday in search of disconnection in a bright and comfortable environment.
