THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.

• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

They hosts were great adjusting our dates when I made a mistake which I am grateful for. Overall the house met out basic needs. The area was safe and convenient to Mustang Island Beach. The house is pet friendly and had plenty of space for our family if 4. It's not fancy but it did the job. However, it could use some basic mantenance updates. It would have been nice to have a grill, games, and basic beach items such as chairs. Most houses we've rented in the area have these things. There are 3 balcony/decks but only 1 has seating. We would have loved to have a spot to hang out on the upstairs back balancy as it has a great sunset view. Also, the house us musty smelling which is concerning. It may just be the area since it's on a pond and it's a high humidity area.
