About this house rental
Airy and bright! Peaceful and private. Located at the end of a private neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Large deck for entertaining, sunbathing and relaxing. Centrally located to escape the chaos while remaining conveniently close to the down island towns and easily accessible to up island.
The space
The house is what is called an "upside-down house", meaning the living area and kitchen are on the top floor and the bedrooms are on the first floor. The expansive deck wraps around the second floor to gain views of the fields and the treetops. There are three bedrooms, one full bathroom, one half bath and an outdoor shower.
Guest access
The house and yard are all accessible to our guests.
Other things to note
We do allow some dogs. :) All pets must be pre approved by host prior to arrival. Any pet that has been approved by host MUST be treated for ticks and fleas prior to arrival and be able to provide proof of current rabies vaccination. The pet fee is $500 per booking, per pet.
Includes access to purchase a car permit sticker for Lambert's Cove Beach, which renters, per town regulations, will need to pick up from the towns park and recreation office along with our VRBO email exchange as documentation of rental agreement.
