Welcome to Chalet Nivicare, a rare alpine luxury chalet at the heart of Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc.
A 7-bedroom haven in downtown Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, walking distance to the ski slopes, delivering tailored concierge care and a unique luxury stay.
Ideally located within walking distance of the ski lifts, you will take the gondola l’Alpin to directly access the ski school and Évasion Mont-Blanc ski resort with over more than 400 kilometers of slopes and 110 ski lifts. Note that the gondola is opened in the summer as well offering endless walking and mountain biking opportunities.
All the amenities of the charming village of St Gervais are only minutes on foot: From their gourmet restaurants (Le Serac, Le Bistro, Rond de Carotte, Galeta to name but a few) to the ice rink, the swimming pool, the lift to the Spa les Thermes.
The beautiful village of Megeve is 10 minute’s drive from the chalet but you can reach as well Chamonix to go to Aiguille du midi or Annecy to swim in its lake or even Courmayeur in Italy to get some delicious Val d’Aosta food and wine.

The chalet accommodates comfortably up to 14 guests: 12 in the main house and 2 in a separate connected flat, perfect for added privacy. It combines areas where you can get together with quiet corners, both indoors and outdoors, allowing everyone to enjoy the mountains at their own pace.
The spacious living area is the natural hub of the chalet. Conversation is easy on the large sofa facing the fireplace, and you can take your time over meals at the dining table in the conservatory with beautiful surroundings.
The terraces and garden are scattered with places to relax, whether it’s lunch under the pergola, a coffee in the sun or an aperitif in the sheltered outdoor lounge.
From June to September, you can enjoy the swimming pool, discreetly located at the end of the garden. Enjoy a game of table tennis, a spot of reading on a sunbed or a family meal – in good weather, you'll want to make the most of the outside space.
The property’s seven bedrooms offer a cosy retreat for everyone, with several boasting a private balcony overlooking Mont Joly and the Dômes de Miage. The self-contained flat is a valuable asset for ensuring the privacy of a couple, grandparents or friends who might prefer to have their own space, whilst still being part of life at the chalet.
The chalet features 4 bathrooms, generous living areas, a private cinema room and a wine room for relaxed evenings but also offers plenty of indoor spaces dedicated to leisure. The home cinema promises some wonderful evenings, whilst table football and the wine cellar provide plenty of opportunities to spend time together.
