The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need for your meal preparations.   It is a very functional kitchen and a pleasure to work in.   And yes.......that’s our 6 burner Wolf gas stove ♥️.    An oldie but goodie.

About this house rental

Our 3BR/3BA Ambleside home is a charming 1944 character house with sweeping views of Stanley Park, English Bay & UBC. An ideal FIFA stay—just 15 mins to BC Place and downtown for matches, fan zones, and nightlife.

Bright, comfortable space to recharge between games, with lovely south facing deck & ocean views. Easy access to Lions Gate Bridge & Hwy 1—Whistler 1h20, Horseshoe Bay ferries 15 mins. Close to beaches, trails, cafés, and shops. Enjoy this serene, quiet neighbourhood setting, yet close to it all.

Located in Ambleside by the Sea, just a quick 6 block walk to the glorious 8 km Ambleside Seawalk and newly completed Spirit Trail connecting North & West Vancouver (for biking or walking). 5 minutes from Park Royal Shopping Centre (shopping, movie theatre, restaurants) Lions Gate Bridge and #1 Highway. Many parks, playgrounds, picnic areas and swimming beaches nearby. The West Vancouver Community Centre is 6 blocks away with it’s fabulous pool area and fitness facilities.

Just over the bridge you'll find Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver. Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal is a mere 15 minutes away.

Our home is perfectly located for easy access to downtown (bus service is close by) and the area is well serviced by Uber and Lyft.

Whether your activity day is beginning or ending you will find our home comfortable and welcoming. Our lovely deck provides panoramic views as well as our beautiful gardens.

The kitchen is well equipped for your at home meals and happy hours!

Nearby points of interest include Grouse Mountain- 10 minutes to the east. The tram rides up and down are experiences in themselves and the mountain is a lovely summer outing. And en route you will see the Capilano Suspension Bridge - another beautiful spot to visit.

Whistler and Callahan Valley- ( hosts to the Alpine and Cross Country events for the 2010 Winter Olympics). One hour twenty minutes door to door. An easy day trip. Whistler is a four season destination and worth the drive….traveling the stunning Sea to Sky Highway.

The house is not set up for young children. High chair, pack n play, baby gates, toys and games are not available. If you are traveling with children, please bring these items.

A floor mattress is provided for a child if needed.

The house is not air conditioned. Fans are provided!
