Carmo House - Art and Creativity in Downtown Porto

This spacious, bright and sophisticated apartment, ideally located in the art district in the historic centre of Porto, has stunning views over the charming Carlos Alberto Square. With a contemporary design and elegant touches, the space was designed to provide a relaxing and practical stay, whether for leisure or business. The decoration combines modern lines with cosy details, creating a functional and pleasant environment so that you feel at home.



With a maximum capacity for 4 guests, the apartment is just a few steps away from the main city attractions – such as Livraria Lello, Torre dos Clérigos and the bars of Galerias de Paris – this apartment offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and urban life. The area is well served by cafés, restaurants, shops and public transport.



The room is open plan and consists of a double bed and 2 single beds convertible into a double bed.



The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and the kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine.



The use of a second bed with bedding included for 2-person bookings has an extra cost of 20€ per stay (paid in cash to the host) and we need to be informed before arrival for the proper preparation of the second bed.



Other things to take into account



- There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200.



- Please note that for stays exceeding 30 nights, a fair use policy for public services will be applied up to a limit of €80.



- We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.



- Enhance your stay with additional services, such as extra keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.



- The facilities can only be used by guests registered in the booking



- The checkout time is at 11am, staying outside the scheduled time without prior notice and authorization from your host will result in an extra fee of 25€ for each late checkout hour.



- All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with local laws in Portugal. This form will be sent after confirmation of the booking.
