On the second floor is the cottage’s spacious master bedroom that features a king-size bed, exposed beams and stunning views of the estuary. Where the cottage truly excels is at the rear where you can find a charming terrace with glazed balustrades, a dining table, deckchairs, a BBQ and a splendid view of the estuary.
The property is situated a mere 300 metres away from the foot ferry to Polruan; the picturesque coastal village that sits on the opposite side of the estuary. Even closer, just 200 metres away is Fowey Town Quay from which you can board river trips and sea cruises to surrounding coastal villages and towns. Guests are also surrounded by stunning beaches, with Lantic Bay (4 miles), Par sands (4.5 miles) and Carlyon Bay (7 miles) all nearby.
