Perfect home base for the World Cup.
Located in Dover, MA very close to major highways. Only 22 minutes to Gillette Stadium (World Cup Boston Venue) and only 30 minutes to Boston Logan International Airport.
Very quiet and extremely private luxury home abutting over 2000 acres of conservation land.
Home was built for kids, soccer (football), and to entertain.
Over 8000 square feet, 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The home is renovated new construction, with every modern day luxury feature included.
Outdoor pool/entertainment area includes a massive heated pool (25'x45'), a separate hot tub, multiple dining and lounge areas, built-in BBQ area (burner, DCS grill), fire pit, pool cabana with bar/fridge/freezer/tv, and two roof decks. One roof deck has a 40' waterslide into the pool. Area also includes fenced grassed area with a soccer (football) goal overlooking a pond.
