Spacious Guest House on private estate. This not-so-little cute two bedroom is perfect for someone visiting Boston and surrounding areas. It's close to the highway and many local amenities.

This property is wooded, Surrounded by nature, insects, and wild animals like rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, turkeys, and others may be witnessed on the land. Walking over unpaved lawn is required to get to the home.
Guest access:
Garage space underneath is not for Guests use.
Main house may be rented during stay. The outdoor patio, firepit and BBQ is not included.
