We had a great time here. The house is gorgeous, the location was great. One minor thing is that the listing says that there's a futon, but we couldn't find one. It worked out fine because the couch is huge so we just had one member of our party sleep on that.

Great stay for five professionals for work. Quiet neighborhood and nice beds. Kitchen and living spaces perfect for those who stayed up later versus those who went to bed early.

This place worked wonderfully for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. 5 useful bedrooms, two "living spaces", a nice porch that we sat out on. Everything was clean with lots of supplies. Board games and video games to boot. All clean. Asnoted previously it is on second floor, but unless that is a drawback for you, this is a great rental.

The home was beautiful and spacious with modern decor perfect for our family of seven. The space occupies the entire second floor with nice views of the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It was the perfect location for us as our cousins were just minutes away in Hyde Park. All the bedrooms were comfortable, roomy and attractive. The kitchen was big and well equipped even though we did not cook. The two living spaces were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and updated with nice towels. This is a wonderful house and we would be more than happy to stay again.
