The Space:
This spacious and fabulously located beach front home is situated in the heart of South Lake Tahoe and is beautifully furnished for luxurious indoor and outdoor living.
This one-of-a-kind lake front home sleeps 14 comfortably (in 5-bedrooms). Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer king-sized beds, bedroom 3 and four deliver with queen-size beds, and the loft bedroom offers 7 twins along with a foosball table for entertainment. Guests will enjoy a variety of living areas, one with stone wood burning fireplace, one with panoramic views of the lake and mountains and a pool table, and the main living space with comfy seating galore as well as a TV, DVD, CD, and Wi-Fi. There is a dining area (6) and bar seating (4) open to the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is a laundry room onsite. The elevator offers the only interior access upstairs.
Outside, guests will reveal in a lovely beach front with privacy fence. Perfect for dining on the beach at the table and chairs provided or kicking back around the firepit in the Adirondack chairs. As far as parking, this home fits 4 cars. New regulations in South Lake Tahoe, guests must be quiet after 10 pm and no more cars than can fit in the driveway.
Update- Please note a recent review was left insinuating bed bugs. We hired a professional exterminator, who examined the house completely and provided full report. No treatments were needed as no bedbugs were found.
This lakefront home has the best location in South Lake Tahoe, within walking distance of all the areas attractions.

This Great beach house venue is dog friendly. If you will be bringing your dog, please reach out to us for the breed/weight restrictions.
Guest Access:
Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: This property is not pet-friendly. Dogs and other pets are not permitted at this home under any circumstances. Please plan accordingly before booking or traveling.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which is not included with your booking. The State of California requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest staying 30 days or less. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. Here is the tax percentages associated with your stay:TOT = 10% + TID= 2% total of 12%
Please note, check-in details will not be sent until the mandatory taxes are fully paid.
Other Things to Note:
The reservation will not be confirmed until you sign our contract and send it back with a copy of your id (required by local Sheriff’s Department).
