Each room has a TV, kids love the bunk rooms, Xbox, and game tables.

Please note that the hot tub is decommissioned and unavailable for guest use, and a couple select closets remain locked for owner storage. Located in a quiet area of South Lake Tahoe near Pioneer Trail, this property offers peaceful mountain living with easy access to adventure. Surrounded by scenic hills and beautiful homes, it provides a tranquil retreat. You are just a few miles from Heavenly Village, local casinos, and the lake. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy miles of hiking trails accessible right from the front door, making this the perfect base for exploring the Sierra Nevada.
Getting Around:
The easiest way to get to BlueHaven Tahoe is by driving. We have space for up to five vehicles between the driveway and garage, so please use those since street parking is not allowed in our neighborhood. The house is in a nice quiet spot just five minutes away from Heavenly Village. If you are flying in, Reno Tahoe International Airport is the closest major hub and is about seventy five minutes away. Once you are here, it is super easy to get around South Lake Tahoe to see the local sights by using ride sharing services or the public shuttles.

* The hot tub is currently not permitted and not part of the listing.
*We do not have air conditioning in the home. Most homes in Tahoe still don't, as it's usually not needed with the cooler days and nights we have. We do have extra fans in the closet if needed.

The house was perfect for our group! We were very happy with the kitchen supplies! We cooked up many dishes and had everything and then some to cook! One thing the group wished we had access to, was the hot tub. Overall 10 out of 10! thank you
