The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with a Range oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room with TV and woodburning stove, a heated conservatory, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a further double, and a single, along with a main bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and a shed, and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles you'll find a shop, within 0.4 miles you'll find a pub, and within 1.9 miles you'll find River Taw. Please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, that this is a non-smoking property, and that a travel cot will be available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Home Farm Cottage is a charming dwelling for a family break to Devon.
