Richmond Cottage is a terraced single storey cottage in a communal courtyard setting in Burythorpe village, 4 miles from Malton. There is a family room with a king-size double bed and a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower room, basin and WC. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside is use of a communal courtyard with furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. With the whole of the North York Moors on the doorstep, and easy access to coastal resorts and market towns, Richmond Cottage makes a very welcoming holiday home for couples or a small family, throughout the year. The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers' markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.

Exceptionally clean. Extremely well equipped. Very easy check-in. Lovely hosts. Although out in the country it’s very central for visiting different places and very peaceful when you get back from your days out. Overall a fantastic weeks stay.

Richmond cottage had everything we needed for a week away with our five year old grand daughter. Great location to explore the area. The accommodation is lovely and clean and homely, really comfortable. Our hosts were great even took the time to show our grand daughter their pony and hens. We would highly recommend staying here and will most definitely be back!
