    I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient and made travel easy. Overall, the service and experience were good, and I would consider staying here again.

    My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and kept arguing over every little thing. Room service was not provided properly, even after multiple requests. Such behavior towards guests is completely unprofessional. The management should train their staff on customer service and basic manners. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
