Great location—close enough to the city and Disney for easy access, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was nice coming back to a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood after a full day out. Would definitely stay here again!

Room is nice and clean , well equipped. Check in time is 4 pm but we can leave luggage at the reception. Breakfast varieties are OK for 2-3 night stay. I stay for 6 night but there are only 2 breakfast rotation menu . BBQ Chicken and Macaroni cheese cream , fish and chip are the same every day. It would be better if there are any other choices. Pancake making machine is good. Coffee -tea- juices are best Staff is not friendly.- no personalized. Room
Attendants are friendly. All in all , I will stay here again in the future.

Got a very good rate on a very nice room. Room was very clean and well taken care of. Location is excellent for attractions in the area, not too far from Tokyo Disneyland, but used it for a concert at Lala Arena, it's very good for that and it's also very close to Makuhari Messe.
