The sofa also converts into a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests when needed.The main living space has been creatively divided with decorative partitions to provide added privacy for the queen-size bed area, which also includes its own TV. Adjacent to the sleeping area is a small sitting nook designed for comfort and relaxation. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and a dining table that expands to seat up to four guests. The full bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower for added convenience. Just outside the condo, you’ll find a charming private patio area thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail after a day in the sun.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the community common areas while respecting fellow guests and homeowners. An onsite laundry facility is available for a small fee; please contact us in advance if you would like to use it so we can coordinate access. Please note that only one parking space is provided per unit.
