We did our valentines dinner a day earlier to avoid the crowds and stayed at this small, quiet hotel.
The rooms were beautiful inside, outside the building is quite worn down and could use some help.
The walkway on the second floor is just wood boards, it looks like they are in the middle of a renovation but I don't think they actually are.

For the price and location there was a good stay and very clean very spacious I would recommend this to anybody that comes to Florida

Nice place right on the beach. The floors needed to be cleaned a lot better, the dishes should have been checked for cleanliness bc they were not washed (only rinsed out), tv in bedroom didn’t work, kitchen cabinets need to be fixed so they close, and there should have been an extra roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for three nights and paper towels or dish towels for doing dishes. Make sure you pack properly bc there is not an elevator available and everything must be carried up a flight or flights of stairs. We had already been in FL for a week and had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs and I have back and ankle issues so it was a bit of an issue and was put on my son to carry everything. I also wish there was a laundry area here. Would have made thing more convenient instead of going out to a laundry mat. But the room was a decent size. And I absolutely loved the balcony where I could sit and see the ocean. I literally sat out there half the night with the beautiful breeze. I would return again but I would get 2 bedrooms with a balcony next time.

The unit we stayed in last time was good. The unit this time was not so we will not be going back. The location is great
