Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo is gorgeous and huge. We were pleasantly surprised that each room had its own full bathroom which is convenient when you have multiple women trying to get ready at the same time. There was a welcome package from the property manager eith shampoos and soaps and a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels. The parking was easy and love that itnis covered since we were on motorcycles.

We loved everything about this home. It was stocked with everything and anything you would need! We had our own things but really didn’t need them. (Although we still used them) I would love to make this home our family summer vacation home every year. It is absolutely amazing! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and other stores. There is a playground near by if you have little ones. Absolutely worth every cent spent!

The rental was clean and spacious. Family enjoyed the balcony and view and short walk to boardwalk & beach ! Also was quite At night time ( which was great for our little guy)
