Beach Access

The beach is a very short walk from the home using the community boardwalk beach access. No need to fight for parking or load the car for every beach trip. Grab your towels, beach bag, and chairs, and head straight to the sand. Fort Morgan Beaches are dog friendly but dogs must stay on a leash and in control by their owners.

The property is about a 500 foot walk to the community board walk to the beach. There are 3rd party golf cart rentals available in the area. There is a Restaurant and market 1 mile from the home Called Sassy Bass. It is seasonal but so worth the visit.

The Salty Shellback is designed for relaxed coastal getaways with the people who matter most. Spend your mornings walking to the beach, your afternoons enjoying the quieter side of Gulf Shores, and your evenings unwinding together after a day in the sun.

### Important Property Rules



* Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

* Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

* Street parking is not permitted.

* Parties and events are not allowed.

* Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited within 50 feet of the home’s doors.



Guests are responsible for following all house rules, community regulations, policies, and property instructions. Violations may result in additional charges, removal from the property, or cancellation of the reservation without a refund.



### Pet Policy



Up to two approved, non-shedding dogs are welcome for a fee of $75 per dog. Dogs must be crated whenever they are left unattended, kept on a leash while outside, and cleaned up after promptly. Certain breeds cannot be accepted because of insurance restrictions.



Legally recognized service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and are not charged a pet fee. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control and may not be left unattended at the property.



### Exterior Security Cameras



Three exterior security cameras are installed for guest safety and property protection. The cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not view any interior spaces.



## Important Pre-Arrival Requirements



Before arrival, the primary booking guest must:



* Complete Sojourney’s electronic guest check-in form.

* Successfully complete guest verification.

* Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

* Review and electronically sign the rental agreement.



These requirements apply to every reservation and help support guest safety, identity verification, fraud prevention, and lodging compliance.



Check-in instructions, door codes, and property access information will be released only after all required steps have been completed. Failure or refusal to complete the requirements does not override the reservation’s cancellation policy or automatically qualify the reservation for a refund.



Interaction with Guests:

The host will be available remotely to assist guests with any questions or needs that may arise during their stay. While the host will not be present at the property, support is readily accessible via the guest Gusty app or contact information provided. Available Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm.
