5 person holiday home in Nakskov

This cozy holiday home of 45 m² is located in Ydø, a quiet holiday home area with beautiful nature such as a beach, fields, a small forest, and not least the dike, where you can go cycling. There is a small, partially covered terrace as well as regular terraces on both sides of the house, providing plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxation. If you want to explore what else Lolland has to offer, you can, for example, visit Dodekalitten, Knuthenborg Safari Park, or the Medieval Center. The holiday home has two bedrooms: one with a single bed and one with a bunk bed, as well as an alcove in the living room with space for two people. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room features a smart TV for streaming, free internet, and a wood-burning stove for cold days or cozy moments. The holiday home is situated on a 724 m² plot, offering plenty of space for games and outdoor activities. When grilling on the charcoal grill, you can sit under the partially covered terrace. Not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
