About this house rental
Holiday home with swimming pool and whirlpool located high on a sloping plot overlooking the Langelandsbæltet at Spodsbjerg. The area is a sought after fishing area and the beach is child friendly. The cottage contains a large living room with open kitchen and dining area. Descent to pool area with stand-up hot tub, where you can relax after an active day at the beach. The sleeping accommodation is divided into three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (70 cm x 190 cm). There is a large terrace area with barbecue, where you can enjoy the summer days and have cozy barbecue evenings. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
