The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. THINGS TO KNOW A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space. No smoking. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Overall the condo was better than expected. Good location easy access. Cleaning could have been a little better but all in all we would stay there again.

For the price, I was happy with the condo. The beach and ocean views were really great, and the beach was very easy to access. The condo was lacking in some respects though. For instance, neither of us took our shoes off in the bedroom because the carpet is gross - very stained and frayed. Because of this, I was skeptical of the overall cleanliness of the place (dishes, silverware, cookware, etc.) and did not use any of the provided items. Also, there were no beach chairs or beach blankets or anything, which I have had in previous beach rentals. But, overall not a bad place for the price and my bestie and I still had a great time!

Property is in great location with fabulous view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach. Balcony offered direct ocean view.
Property also supplied linens which was nice. also Kitchen was stocked with all utensils and they supply sponge, soap and pods for dishwasher. Overall verry satisfied.
