The Space:
The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. DEN IS ENCLOSED. DEN HAS AN ACCORDION CURTAIN FOR PRIVACY. DEN TV IS FOR GAMING OR DVD USE ONLY. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This rental was very family/kid friendly. Enough space for us all to be comfortable everything worked properly and the view of the ocean was so nice! We have been staying at sea watch and booking through Vacasa for the past 3 years. We will continue to do so

Decent unit. Closer to bay than ocean, but able to view both. Unit is a little dated, but a decent unit for the price. Amenities were good - indoor and outdoor pool. Cute sandwich/ice cream shop on site too.
Note there is a $65 parking fee per vehicle.
