The Space:
The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. DEN INCLUDES CONSTRUCTED WALL WITH POCKET DOORS FOR PRIVACY. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This condo is on the shady side of the building so you can sit comfortably on the balcony at all times. You can see both the bay and ocean simultaneously. Amenities were great. Place was clean.

We loved this condo. It had everything you need plus great views of the ocean and bay. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable. The deck was our favorite place to hand out.

This home was exactly as it was pictured. It had a beautiful view and was fully stocked. Perfect place to bring my four children and my husband. We will definitely return

On our 9th stay at Sea Watch, this has been one of the best condos. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues with housekeeping. The unit itself was very nice though and beautifully decorated.
