With a generous 80 m² of living space, the property offers ample room for up to four guests and is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends who value comfort and a maritime setting. This modern holiday home features two separate bedrooms with laminate flooring. The open-plan living room, also with laminate flooring, flows seamlessly into the dining area and the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. High-quality amenities such as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a Senseo espresso machine meet all your needs. Dishes, cutlery, and a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils are, of course, provided. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, mirror, and plenty of storage space. A washing machine and clothes drying rack are available for your use, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay, even for longer periods. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a seating area, an armchair, a modern smart TV, and a radio. A dining table provides ample space for the entire group to enjoy meals together. Parking is available for our guests at the house.
All utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking (parking permit required) are included.
Children and babies are welcome; a high chair and a crib are provided. Numerous leisure activities are available in the immediate vicinity. Swimming, water sports, surfing, and walks are all possible. The surrounding area offers a variety of activities such as cycling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, mini-golf, and fitness training.
