Sat-Smart TV,CD, DVD, new bright furnishings, leather sofa 2+3 seater, fully equipped for 4 people, bed linen, towels, W-LAN and heat cabin bookable for an extra charge.
approx. 1000 sqm ground and two grill places belonging to the house are available, garden use permitted
1 car parking space in front of the house belongs to the apartment, bicycle racks available, bread service possible in the house by arrangement
In the period 01.10.-15.4. heating costs/electricity costs are calculated according to consumption!!! 0,70 Euro per KW/h. For animals must be a veterinary certificate before arrival, with older than 72 hours, from which it is evident that the animal is free of vermin.
The 45 sqm apartment was completely renovated in 2021, new modern shower room,
new bedroom 2021 washing machine free of charge, dog keeping possible by arrangement in the months of July and August no dog keeping is allowed. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt! Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet (von Staubsauger bis Tortenheber, Desinfektionsmittel bis Filtertüten) - die Waschmaschine ist natürlich gerade mit Kleinkindern absolut prima.
(Bei der Reise mit kleinen Kindern ist zu beachten, dass die Dachfenstergriffe für diese erreichbar sein können.) Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, das Haus gepflegt und ruhig, die Grillplätze prima. Eine Spielplatz haben wir nicht gefunden.
Wir kommen sehr gern (hoffentlich) wieder!

Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung, alles da, was man braucht. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Strand und hat dort viel Platz und Ruhe. Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, kommen gerne wieder.
