This first-floor condominium features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a full den overlooking the 18th green in Oakmont Village. The unit is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area featuring Smart TVs and smaller TVs in bedrooms. Cable and wi-fi are available.
The primary bedroom hosts a king bed set; guest bedroom includes a queen bed set. Den features a couch and an electric recliner. Washer and dryer. Beach chairs, noodles, and towels. Covered parking.
The Hideaway’s par-67 course offers an enjoyable challenge for all skill levels. Golf is available pay-as-you-play or at a monthly rate. A chipping and putting area and warm-up mats are conveniently located across the street. Tee-times are always available.
Community amenities include large pool, BBQ grills, and an outdoor patio area only steps from the front door. Tennis and exercise facilities are available for a nominal fee.
The on-site restaurant and bar host frequent community activities, entertainment, music, and happy hour.
The Hideaway Country Club is a short drive from local shops, downtown Fort Myers and beautiful beaches on Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers.
Rental prices are all inclusive, except for golf, tennis and exercise amenities.
The condominium is available for seasonal and annual rental (90 day minimum during peak season months (Jan - Mar). 30-day minimum required by HCC. HCC approval requires a rental application and fee. Owner will aid with the process.
