The sleeping arrangements
Main house – first floor
• Bedroom 1: King bed + toddler bed with private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2: King bed
• Bedroom 3: Full bed
• Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination for Bedrooms 2 and 3
• Additional queen sleeper sofa in the main living area
• Dedicated office/workspace located on the main level
Main house – second floor
• Bedroom 4: Two twin beds + desk/workspace
• Bedroom 5: King bed + full sleeper sofa + desk/workspace
• Bedroom 6: Two queen beds
• Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination
Please note: Bedroom 6 is accessed through Bedroom 5 via a smaller connecting doorway, making these rooms best suited for families or groups traveling together.
The Pool House Retreat:
The detached pool house offers its own large private gathering space with a loft queen bedroom, oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads, full bathroom, kitchen/dining area, two queen sleeper sofas, a large reclining sofa, and large-screen tv.
Things to Note:
- EV charger available for guests to use
- Guests must provide their own pool towels
- No parking on the grass (space for approximately 6 vehicles)

- Traveling with your horses? We have space for guests to pasture up to 2 horses (water and grain buckets not provided)
