The Space:
Bright and updated inside, this condo offers the perfect launching pad for your Ocean City adventures. The quiet, canal-side location sits only a short distance from the beach, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, mini-golf, and other attractions. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool. You will have access to beach gear, including two beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, kites, sand toys, pool noodles, and a frisbee.
At home, relax each morning with coffee on your private balcony. Inside, you’ll find modern, coastal decor and an open, airy layout, making the space ideal for group gatherings. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen; everyone can grab a bite together at the table before heading out. Spend time relaxing in the central air-conditioning each evening, or get cozy in front of the gas fireplace if it’s chilly outside. Entertainment options include three streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo has much to offer in a quiet and safe private community neighborhood close to the ocean. We stayed during July 4th holiday week and it was nice to have access to the pools, and beach gear being close to the shore. The master bedroom is amazing with a beautiful bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is okay for a younger crowd, but the bed and modest bathroom were not great for adults, but I expected that. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices, and coffee. I brought k-cups and found a selection of more k-cups, but the only coffee maker was a drip brewer. We left a fresh bag of Dunkin ground coffee for the next visitors. A full size fridge, microwave and range/ oven is awesome. It was nice to have televisions connected to smart apps, a DVD player with movies in house, and board games and books to have a cozy stay-in day. The washer and dryer are a nice addition, but the dryer needs a new element or upgrade because it took a very long time to dry anything. We would stay again because this is one of the larger units we found and we often travel as a family of 5 or more. Also the outside patio was a perk, we could watch fireworks from the condo on it. The location is so close to many things to do, beach, great restaurants, tons of mini golf, and Assateague Island with wild horses, wildlife, crabbing, more beaches.
