Welcome to Mermaid Retreat at Harbour Club located on Heron Drive on the bayside on 120th street in North Ocean City. This beautiful, well-maintained two bedroom, two bath condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor where you'll have your own courtyard for outdoor dining and storage for beach gear. Lovely updates throughout make this beachy condo a great place to spend your vacation including the fully-equipped and modern kitchen with stainless appliances with a Keurig coffee maker, remodeled bathrooms, and charming living and dining areas. The property has three televisions with cable service and wifi to keep you connected during your stay. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a double over double bunk bed with a single trundle, plus there is a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities in the Heron Harbour community include a wonderful outdoor pool (typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and tennis courts. The location is in a quieter bayside area, but not far from the beach, and close to Northside Park and the Food Lion shopping center and a number of great restaurants.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Family trip to celebrate our sons 18th birthday. The condo was beautifully updated. Very clean and cozy. Courtyard was great! The condo is situated at the very back of a huge housing complex so they are no view’s except the parking lot. That said, it didn’t matter because it was very quiet and peaceful.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, with 2 kids with a large age gap, we really took advantage of the short distance to the pool, beach and shopping centers,
Our stay felt sooo homey, our oldest was obsessed with the bunk beds, the little enjoyed playing outside on the patio, overall it was a fabulous, enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable stay, we are DEFINITELY COMING BACK NEXT YEAR.
