Welcome to the beach! New owners have taken over this lovely Ocean Break condo in North Ocean City, so you'll be treated to fresh paint and significant updates completed in May 2020. This light-filled condo boasts a partial ocean view from the patio and a prime location mere steps from the beach, restaurants, mini-golf, and - of course - ice cream. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a polished living room with a flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead outside to the balcony. Ocean Break enjoys a wonderful location in North Ocean City, one block off Coastal Highway and two (very) short blocks from the beach. You'll have access to a rooftop pool with a view of the ocean and a number of excellent restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and attractions in the surrounding blocks, including Dumser's Dairyland, The Fractured Prune, and beautiful, 58-acre Northside Park. Things to Know Full kitchen Please note that the whirlpool tub's jets are not operable No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
