This townhouse was in a great location. There was enough parking for 2 vehicles. The place looked exactly like the pictures. The community was quiet, and the pool was great! The home itself was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked, and all appliances worked well. The beds were all very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The deck and patio areas gave wonderful outdoor seating options. The location was 2 blocks from the beach. It took less than 10 minutes to walk. The boardwalk is about 8 miles south, which isn't a bad drive, but be warned that the traffic can be awful. Overall, Marlin Cove was a great value and I would stay here again!
Everything was great. The only feedback I guess I can give it that the toilets are older and flushed slowly, but it wasn't a problem during our stay.
