Escape to an ultra-private Cape Coral retreat in a quiet neighborhood near the riverfront, just minutes from the beach at the southeastern tip of Cape Coral. The beautifully landscaped, fully fenced backyard adds privacy and space for enjoying sunny Florida days.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool and features a three-seat granite breakfast bar beneath stylish pendant lighting. The adjacent dining table seats eight, creating plenty of room for family meals and gatherings.
The living room offers a comfortable spot to watch TV, while the sunroom adds another gathering space with cozy seating, a mini-fridge, and arcade games for friendly competition.
The enclosed lanai is outfitted with lounge chairs, a gas grill, firepit, and dining for six. String lights add a warm glow for evening meals and fireside conversations.
Nearby riverfront beaches, restaurants, shops, parks, and Cape Coral attractions make it easy to explore. After a day out, settle in with a game in the sunroom or gather around the firepit.

Guests who would like the pool heater turned on should contact VueStay at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The pool heating fee is $32 per day, plus tax. Pool heat is available October 1 - May 1.

Electric pool heaters rely on the outdoor air temperature to warm the water and are generally capable of heating pool water to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature under favorable conditions.
During periods of cooler weather, ( typically in December, January and February and particularly when a cold front moves through Southwest Florida, the pool may take longer to warm and may not reach or maintain 85°F.
Important: Electric pool heaters may not operate when the outdoor temperature is approximately 55°F or below. Because pool heating performance is affected by outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, a specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Would stay again. Pool was great and it is nice and private and quiet Not on top of your neighbors. Nice walking trail behind the house too.

What a nice home for my vacation. Set in a quiet neighborhood with a park behind the house. I even saw an eagle in the tree! The pool was clean and refreshing, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make my own meals. I would definitely recommend this home.

Loved the house layout and decor, had issues with the pool heating and washing machine not working and the video game was not operational, Stephanie at vacasa was on top of everything and did the best she could to fix the issues. Oh and watch out for the swarms of ants on the pool deck. Other than than it was great, generous provisions for cooking and entertaining, beds were wonderful, roku tvs were awesome
