With coastal walks from the door and some of the Gower’s best beaches a short distance away, it works equally well as a base for exploring or simply settling in for a slower pace.
The house is arranged around light, open living spaces, sea views from 3 of the bedrooms and a private garden, making it ideal for families or small groups looking for a well-considered alternative to standard holiday rentals.
The space
The house is let as a whole and designed for complete peace and enjoyment with everything you need for your holiday.
Living areas are open and sociable, centred around a well-equipped kitchen and dining space for easy, shared meals. Bedrooms are well designed and calm, and the garden provides space to relax outdoors after a day on the coast with al fresco dining, BBQ and firepit. A secure space for children and pets.
This is a traditional large Gower house now turned into a very stylish home - everything is set up for a straightforward, comfortable stay — not over-styled, but considered and easy to live in.

Set on the Gower Peninsula, Milan House is within easy reach of coastal paths, beaches and some of the area’s best-known landscapes.
You can walk directly from the house to explore the coastline and Port Tynon beach or take short drives to beaches such as Rhossili, Three Cliffs Bay and Oxwich.
