Mollymook Milton Holidays invites you to holiday at his thoughtfully decorated home. It will have you feeling relaxed and ready to unwind with a nice glass of red on the large deck where you can appreciate the cool breezes in summer with a BBQ area to utilise all year round, it is outdoor living at its best.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed - Ceiling Fan - Clothes Storage - Upstairs
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed - Ceiling Fan - Upstairs
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed - Cooling Tower - Clothes Storage - Downstairs
2 bathrooms, tv room and combined lounge/kitchen and dining.
This property is pet friendly but please be aware that the property does not have secure fencing, so keep an eye on your fur baby.
To make your stay at Sea Forever even more enjoyable, serviced linen is provided for your stay. All you will need to pack are your beach towels.
Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.
Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

Kioloa is a beautiful, quiet seaside town surrounded by water and bushland and just minutes to some of the best beaches, lakes and fishing spots on the NSW Coast.
Relax on the Beach, mingle with the local kangaroos or take a short drive to Murramarang National Park; a very unique Coastal Park and a must for Nature Lovers. Other National Parks are only a short drive away include the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.
Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays and there is a range of farm animals including Alpaca's, Deer and Sheep to keep the children entertained.
Cupitts Winery in Ulladulla is also nearby and was voted in the top 5 wineries in NSW.
South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters at the Ulladulla Oyster Bay in Ulladulla, both only 30 minutes drive from Kioloa.
For the young and the young at heart, a visit to the Mogo Zoo is a must. Take the opportunity to see many rare and exotic animals including the white lions, the only ones in Australia!

Wonderful place and space. Absolute great deck! Kitchen, crockery and cutlery however needs a clean.

Walking distance to Kioloa and Merry beaches. The property was well equipped and the fireplace proved useful for a couple of cooler evenings. There is no wifi. But that was not really a problem. We did have a problem with the door to the bathroom and the property agents were very responsive. A bit more attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the windows and the outdoor areas. But overall it was a really enjoyable stay !

We loved our week long stay here. It’s an easy stroll to Merry and Kioloa beaches past kangaroos, and the house has a lovely leafy outlook.
The deck is huge and we spent all our meals eating out there. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have found in our experience of renting beach houses. The hosts are very generous with providing extra little things. Loved it.

Lovely, well equipped holiday house. No water views. About a 5 minute walk to beautiful beaches. House smelt a bit musty. Great kitchen appliances. Lovely green outlook with many birds and kangaroos around.
