Mahi Beach House comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a detached studio:
- Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (QB)
- Bedroom 2: Double Bed (DB) and Single Bed (SB) bunk bed
- Studio: Queen Bed (QB)
Please note that linen is not provided; however, if desired, linen and bed-making services can be arranged for an additional cost. Be sure to bring your beach towels!
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area leads to a covered entertaining space and a generous outdoor area with a fire pit. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet, with provided amenities such as a hairdryer and personal care products. An additional outdoor toilet is conveniently located off the studio.
Our fully equipped kitchen features a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a BBQ for guest use. The laundry, situated in the garage, is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, along with an extra shower.
For comfort year-round, both the house and studio are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning—keeping you cool in the summer and warm during the winter.

Great location, very well set up house - everything we needed.

If you want a true beachside 50's cottage, well renovated with everything you need including a well equipped kitchen, well designed bedrooms and tastefully furnished lounge and kitchen this is the place. There is even a separate studio in the backyard for teenagers for another couple.
Pets are well looked after with the house fully fenced and a generous front and back yard. Other features include a generous front deck with BBQ, firepit, vintage records, bikes, huge beach umbrella, boogie boards and outside shower.
With the beach just 5 minutes away, if you go off season you will be the only one chasing the waves. There are kangaroos galore and plenty of walking tracks in native bushland.
Further improvements could include an ensuite bathroom for the studio, upgrade the towels and make sure yard is free from kangaroo droppings.

We regularly stay in Kioloa and this is the best house we have stayed in so far. Well appointed, with quality furnishings and all the comforts of home, they have considered and provided everything you need to have a happy family holiday.
The whole place is welcoming, and they have gone over and above to make your stay a pleasure. So many bikes and beach toys! We loved it and we will be back

This cozy little cottage is great for an escape. Walking distance to beach and trails. Great spot with firepit and grill. The interior was decorated beautifully! Recommend stay.
