About this apartment rental
Hello everyone!
We offer for rent our large family duplex located in Hyères in an active port environment. Bright, it faces the Golden Islands, with a distant view of the sea (3 minutes by bike from the beach)
The first level hosts 3 independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and have access to a large covered terrace of 80m² which accommodates sports equipment, weight training and games such as a ping-pong table. A laundry room (washing machine and dryer) is also located on this floor. 2 of the 3 bedrooms on this floor are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets.
On the 2nd level, the large fully equipped American kitchen organized around a central island opens onto a 110m² terrace and then onto the staircase that leads to the roof where a spa is located. Also on this level a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom opens onto a south-facing terrace, it is fully air-conditioned and has mosquito nets.
On the 3rd level, a spa (2m x 2m that can accommodate up to 3 people) with a 360-degree view ideally located to admire beautiful sunsets and for the luckiest, the passage of pink flamingos.
Fully equipped, the duplex has a charcoal Green BBQ, deckchairs (6 deckchairs + 2 rocking chairs and an outdoor lounge on the 1st and 2nd level.
A reception service and a cleaning passage is provided according to the number of days rented (3 nights minimum in low season). You have the possibility to have breakfast delivered on site on request and according to the rates in force with the concierge service. Linen (sheets, towels, bath towels) is not provided. A rental grid is available on request.
